Purchased the large truckers wallet. An excellent piece of leather and quality workmanship. And a metal zipper no less! Only a few minor negatives. The way I "wear" my wallet, the grommet and chain is better on the left side. So I had my shoemaker put one there. The credit card pockets are a tiny bit too small, but works OK. There was no "swivel" on the chain, so I put one there myself. Overall, a nice wallet, and even with the minor negatives, it is a great buy and well made.

I've been wearing this wallet now for about a week and it's extremely nice. The softness of the leather doesn't (or hasn't yet?) even hinted at a rash on my cheek.

It easily holds quite a bit. My credit card sized 'cards' and stuff fit lengthwise well enough that they don't make a 'bulge' in the wallet.

If I could change one thing, it would be the key clip that's attached to the belt loop...I would make it one that swivels. The one that's on the chain now, doesn't swivel and eventually the chain begins to bind after I've taken the wallet out of my pocket a few times, then I have to sit there and twist the wallet to unbind the chain.

Overall, this wallet will probably still have years of use left on it after I'm long dead, that's how well it's put together and the thickness of the leather used.

Got the trucker wallet I ordered and want you to know it is a very good product. It was exactly as advertised, soft oil tanned leather and well made. I ordered one from another on-line company and was disappointed. It came with a rusted chain and that hard leather that some saddle bags are made from.

I've been carrying this wallet for about three weeks and I'm impressed. The leather is tough as nails but buttery soft. The craftsmanship is top notch and I expect this wallet will be with me for a long, long time. The size is great, the zip up pocket is just long enough for two stacks of credit/ID cards to sit side by side. This wallet is longer than most and will peak out of a hip pocket, but I like the look, plus money isn't folded resulting in a slimmer profile. The black finish on the snaps has worn nicely giving the snaps a antiqued look that I think looks pretty sharp. The chain supplied is a rugged chain and will suit most, but the 1/2 link, 12 inch chain was a little slim and short for my taste. It was very easy to install a thicker, 18 inch chain. I also used a leather punch set to emboss the leather with "The Mutts Nuts" and it took really well.

I'm really happy with this item and look forward to "needing" another item from Fox Creek Leather.

I received my new large trucker/biker wallet. I was once again (no surprise)taken by the quality workmanship. It is soft but extremely well made. I was able to get everything in it with no bulge. Every time I opened my old wallet all the cards and license would fall out. Not with this one. The one thing I noticed is that it has a metal zipper compartment. I know that seems minor, but it just shows the quality you guy's have in your workmanship. The only thing you might want to improve on is the chain. It's a bit to short and had no swivel. I already had a longer swivel wallet chain so I replaced it with mine. That's the only thing! This is my third purchase from you guy's and again as usual, you deliver a great product and outstanding service. Thanks once again and keep up the great work.

Excellent Wallet - Outstanding Value 2011-01-17

I had been thinking about switching to a longer wallet for a while. My several-year-old tri-fold had become uncomfortable and lumpy. When I was ordering other items from Fox Creek I spotted this one and I liked what I saw.

The quality difference between my old wallet and this one was readily apparent the moment I held it in my hand. The leather is soft but substantial. I've been using it every day for about a month now - no more lump on my butt and the bends in my cards have all but straightened themselves out.

Like others have pointed out, this wallet's not quite perfect. The chain links are small and the length is too short for my taste. That was easily fixed. And it could use a swivel. The way I handle it in and out of the pocket the chain soon acquires a twist. I may eventually add my own swivel if it gets too annoying.

But those are minor problems. The snaps, zipper, s-rings and other hardware are superb. The bottom line is that this is one tough wallet with an excellent price. You will not be disappointed.

So I received my wallet today and I absolutely love it. You can tell right off the bat the quality and craftsmanship is top notch. I love how soft the leather is and that the wallet has two large pockets for bills, not just one. I also love how the two buttons on the outside are metal and black, so they blend in with the wallet. The buttons say Fox Creek on them and there is a removable tag inside the wallet as well. Other than that there are no markings on the wallet, which was a big plus. I wasn't a big fan of the chain, so I ordered a black leather chain for the trucker wallet and it works perfectly. The only thing I should say was that my first order got lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and they shipped another one out asap. I received the package within 3 days, and couldn't be happier. Great job Fox Creek Leather!

I bought this item to replace a smaller version that I had purchased from the HD dealer. I initially bought a tri-fold which just didn't work for me. I contacted a member of your staff who gladly corrected the problem and even shipped the new wallet to me before I had a chance to ship the tri-fold back. I really like the larger size. I can now fit cash and my credit cards inside without the bulge that I used to have in the smaller size. I love the construction of this wallet and I really don't mind not having a swivel on the belt loop because I can now get my motorcycle key off the clip without it twisting everywhere. At any rate, I would highly recommend this company, it's employees and it's products. Nice to do business with this sort of folk!!!

I have had this over a year now. Love it so much I got a spare which I probably will never need. Fox Creek Leather modified this for me and still shipped in a week. I wanted the chain grommet on the opposite end for use in my left rear pocket as I carry and do not want it on my strong side. I then had the bottom snap removed so I do not sit on it. One snap is plenty for this well made product. To do again I would have the zipper removed also as the pull and zipper thickens the wallet, besides you have a flap and snap. Everybody to their own as most want a zipper.

As you can tell I like a thin wallet. Set up this way it is as thin or thinner than a bi-fold and much thinner than a tri-fold. Well as long as I am on the thin side I also purchased a money clip wallet for the right rear pocket to keep the trucker thinner. I put some of my most used cards (quick and small) in there and have a stash for spare money in case somebody cuts the chain and steals the trucker. So I have the cards split between two pockets. Thin, thin and comfortable or forgettable on a bike or sitting elsewhere!
